the spandex was my favorite part. I love how bodybuilders of the era weren't afraid to show off. When bodybuilders started covering themselves up in basketball shorts and baggy shirts for workout videos, the content got really boring. The thing that makes bodybuilders special is their bodies. Powerlifters and strongmen can lift more weight
