At the current time, it seems like the IFBB is looking for a lot of mass in the thigh and posterior region from competitors both in Open and Classic. Maybe that will change at some point. Other than, Vissers looks absolutely stunning and very competitive, and what he does have in the thigh and posterior region is nevertheless extremely well-formed. As soon as he came on at about 10:25, my eyes bugged wide open and I was like "Who is THAT?!" His proportions and lines are incredible.
