I BELIEVE THAT THOSE BUMPY THINGS ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD ARE IMPLANTS. THEY ARE SOME SORT OF METAL-TYPE DERMAL IMPLANTS THAT MAKE THESE PROTRUSIONS.
