Well, it's been 4 years since the question was asked, but "the guy at 1:30" (and again at 3:07, 3:25...) is bodybuilding legend John Hnatyschak.
@the anonymous scold who is concerned about grammar - I'm quite sure THEM was used intentionally. Why not just enjoy the great video and thank Bulgo for posting it.
