If that is the case then an alternate source would have him at 17 years of age in this video which is more realistic.

the voters must vote to each group for the best muscle man.one vote per group
in every group there are 10 models and the best 5 models from each group will qualify to round 2

I went to high school with him. He was a grade or two behind me (class of 1983). So, yep....approximately 55 years old.
