His real name was Chris Welsh. He passed away on February 27 2007. He was my best friend. He had acute pancreatitis. He was doing better but the diabetes from his low pancreas function finally won. He was 39 years old.

Yes that is Tom Howard, he use to workout in Palm Springs, CA - he was huge, but he came in small when I saw him as he almost died for the performing drugs. I hadn't seen him for sometime, so I guess he passed on????
