You can't work out much to change the size or your head, but the fact this his head looks small emphasized both the size of his natural frame and what he's done to build upon it. He does indeed have massive shoulders and arms that many guys would give their eye-teeth for - steroids or natural.
I don't know him personally, so I can't say whether he is an asshole or not. I suspect that much of his speech and behavior is a response to what is asked of him. If you don't like what he says, turn the volume off. If you think his chest is not as developed as his arms or shoulders, then don't click on his videos. BTW, I have known several guys with bigger and more defined chests who could not make them bounce, no matter how hard they tried.
