This is Wilfried Dubbels, Jr. Mr. Germany in 1971, and a highly successful competitor for many years afterward. A natural bb, and probably one of the last to hold his own on the international level against his 'enhanced' colleagues, Dubbels is still alive kicking. Now a retired pharmacist, he works out regularly & gives advice to older men who want to keep in shape.

I loved the seventies (didn't we all, those who experienced them!) but when you look back at them, the early seventies especially, they look very dated. From today's perspective, somehow that sort of hair looks weird with muscle. These guys have got great bodies, but because of today's fashions, it's easier to appreciate the guys from the fifties than it is to admire the muscleguys from this era.
