This vid is interesting in how it shows the power of the pump. It starts with a handsome young man, who might pass for a typical fitness model, albeit a particularly pretty one. Then, as he proceeds through a few minutes of pumping iron, his muscles seem to grow before our eyes, becoming bigger and harder as the vid progresses, and he is soon flexing bodybuilder-level arms.
