'Self-abuse'?

As any guy with a Catholic upbringing can tell you, 'self-abuse' is a confessional-booth euphemism for jerking off. But that quaint phrase takes on an almost literal reality as you watch this guy busting a nut--where the effort involved seems far less pleasant than downright painful.
