I remember these tapes. So innocent. So gay in having them meaty bodybuilders wearing that spandex. Yet they were great instructional broadcasts about exercise form.

You never knew what was coming up in Flex Magazine. Back in the days before there was much in the way of Muscle Worship video, there were moments which were a good source of soft porn.
